By booking with XPRESS Hire Car, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Accurate information must be provided at the time of booking.
- Advance bookings are strongly recommended.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All fares are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
- Final charges may vary depending on changes, delays, or added services.
- Payments can be made via cash, EFT, or approved card services.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows: No refund.
4. Delays & Waiting Time
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed for pickups.
- Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
- Flight delays will be accommodated where possible.
5. Luggage
- Please inform us of large or excess luggage at the time of booking.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
6. Passenger Behaviour
- Respectful and safe behavior is expected at all times.
- Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
- Damages to the vehicle will be charged to the passenger.
7. Child Safety
- Child and baby seats available on request (must be booked in advance).
- Inform us of all child passengers before travel.
8. Liability
- XPRESS Hire Car is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party issues.
- We are not liable for missed flights/events due to unforeseen delays.
9. Right to Refuse
- Service may be refused if a passenger is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a safety risk.
10. Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy. Personal data is used strictly for booking and transport purposes only.
